Our Mission & Vision as a Biblical-Based Church
Welcome to Faith Alliance Church! Whether you’re looking for a church family, are new to the area, or are wanting to explore the Christian faith further, we invite you to come worship with us and learn how to connect what the Bible teaches to our daily lives. Our service times are 9:00 & 10:30 Sunday morning. If you have questions after reading more about us we have left contact information at the bottom of this page – we would love to connect with you.
The Church was established to be a community of people who glorify God in the world until the return of Jesus. This purpose is best accomplished by equipping believers to love and support one another so that we may all be united and mature in faith (Ephesians 4:11-16). The mission of this community of people that we call the Church is to go into all the nations proclaiming the good news of Jesus and making disciples of all who desire to follow after Him (Matthew 28:19). At FAC we believe the purpose and mission of the church will be accomplished by being firmly committed to the following:
At FAC we do our best to care for and love one another well. We want to be not only hearers, but also doers of God’s Word (John 8:31). To accomplish this we hope to provide a healthy environment and the resources necessary to help individuals, couples, and families connect and grow spiritually. We do all we can to make spiritual growth a possibility for every person.
At FAC we love to gather as a church body every Sunday and worship through song, but we also recognize that every part of life is worship (Romans 12:1). We exist to be a place where people can come to worship and be equipped to be sent out into our communities, places of work, and families to worship with our lives so that Christ is glorified in all that we do.
The places we live and work are the primary mission fields God has called us to. We want to equip people to be effective believers as they live alongside of people who do not yet understand the message of the gospel. Beyond our local communities and places of work we take the Great Commission seriously, we’re committed to, “Going and making disciples of all nations” (Matthew 28:19). For this reason we have partnerships formed with people who are effectively sharing the gospel around the world.
God’s Word is the foundation on which we build everything we do. It is our prayer that this will be evident to each person who participates in our community of faith at Faith Alliance.
