Terms and Conditions are a set of rules and guidelines that a user must agree to in order to use your website or mobile app. It acts as a legal contract between you (the company) who has the website or mobile app and the user who access your website and mobile app.

It’s up to you to set the rules and guidelines that the user must agree to. You can think of your Terms and Conditions agreement as the legal agreement where you maintain your rights to exclude users from your app in the event that they abuse your app, and where you maintain your legal rights against potential app abusers, and so on.

Terms and Conditions are also known as Terms of Service or Terms of Use.

This type of legal agreement can be used for both your website and your mobile app. It’s not required (it’s not recommended actually) to have separate Terms and Conditions agreements: one for your website and one for your mobile app.

Gina Tangeman

Children's Ministry Director

Gina Tangeman

What is your role at FAC?

Children’s Ministry Director.  I organize and oversee nursery though 5th grade classes for Wednesday nights and Sunday mornings.  I also organize special events through the year and have a part in the Wednesday night activities each week.

How long have you been at FAC?

I started attending FAC as a teen with my family, was married at FAC and started working as the director in March of 2001 after graduating from college and living in the Toledo area for a few years.

What do you love about being a part of the FAC family of faith?

I love the people I get to work with every day.  They are so fun and challenging and encouraging!  It’s a great atmosphere to be in each day!  I also love seeing the kids each week and getting to know their sweet and unique personalities.  I love that we provide a safe and loving environment so they feel open to share their happiness, sadness, frustrations and successes–with me, their teachers and their friends.  I also love that I feel supported and loved by so many people at FAC–as an individual member of the church, and as a staff member connecting with our families and children.

Tell us about your family and your interests outside of ministry.

I’ve been married to Matt since 1997 and we have 3 amazing children–Jacob, Ellie and Cale.  They are so fun and we so much enjoy being their parents! I enjoy reading and walking, specifically at a beach whenever possible! As a family, we enjoy camping, watching sporting events and spending time outside on our backyard patio.

What is your previous training, ministry, and mission experience?

I have my bachelor’s degree in secondary English education.  Even though I taught older kids in the past, I’m thankful I can continue to work with kids and use my teaching skills and talents with them at FAC.  I’m an organizer and planner by nature and I feel these attributes are useful and beneficial as I lead and direct programs, activities, kids and volunteers.

Trent Fledderjohann

Meet the Team

Trent Fledderjohann

What is your role at FAC?

As our leadership teams corporately discern God's leading for Faith Alliance, my role is to provide organizational and spiritual oversight for those teams to keep our ministries unified and moving in the same direction. I also handle the majority of Sunday morning content planning & preaching.

How long have you been at FAC?

I started working with FAC in 2016 as the Family & Discipleship Pastor. In January 2017 I transitioned into the Lead Pastor role.

What do you love about being a part of the FAC family of faith?

Due to the spiritual and cultural climate of our society, intergenerational church involvement is harder than ever. Despite that reality, our church has been growing increasingly diverse in demographics while preserving a strong sense of unity and committedness to the eternal truths laid out in scripture. Theological unity with social diversity - I think that's a good expression of God's kingdom in the world and I love that it's a reality at FAC. I'm excited to see how God will use the environment of our faith family to bring about transformation in the lives of people who do not yet fully know Jesus or understand the Good News.

Tell us about your family and your interests outside of ministry.

On April 12, 2008 I made a great decision and married Stephanie, she's my best friend, a great mom, and a big source of support and encouragement. We both graduated from New Knoxville. Together we have four children: Harper, he loves to read action books & FoxTrot; Honor, who wants to be a teacher like her mom; Jorie, she loves baby dolls; and Victor, who loves dinosaurs. Other interests: time with family and friends, home projects, reading, being outside, traveling, trying to exercise, Bengals, Buckeyes & Reds, monster cookies, and grilling burgers.

What is your previous training, ministry, and mission experience?

I have a bachelor's degree in social work from Bowling Green and a Master of Divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary in Wilmore, KY. I volunteered for three years in college with Young Life and worked summers in urban ministry. After college I worked as a youth pastor for five years before taking a K-12 Guidance Counselor position for two years. I've served at FAC since 2016. I have been on short-term mission trips to Jamaica, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Mexico, Indonesia, Thailand, and India.
